2012 Summer Olympics

The 2012 Summer Olympics, formally the Games of the XXX Olympiad and commonly known as London 2012, was a major international multi-sport event celebrated in the tradition of the Olympic Games, as governed by the International Olympic Committee (IOC). It took place in London and to a lesser extent across the United Kingdom from 25 July to 12 August 2012.

Wrestling at the 2016 Summer Olympics

Wrestling at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro is scheduled to take place from 14 to 21 August at Hall 3 of the Olympic Training Center in Barra da Tijuca. Wrestling has been split into two disciplines, freestyle and Greco-Roman, which are further divided into different weight categories.

Volleyball at the 2016 Summer Olympics

The volleyball tournaments at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro will be played between 6 and 21 August. 24 volleyball teams and 48 beach volleyball teams, total 386 athletes, will participate in the tournament.

Coconut Religion

The Coconut Religion (Tinh Do Cu Si) is a now-discontinued religion indigenous to southern Vietnam's "Coconut Kingdom", where it was founded in 1963. The religion is largely based on some Buddhist and Christian beliefs, alongside the teachings of founder Nguyễn Thành Nam, a Vietnamese scholar. The religion was abolished by Vietnamese authorities in 1975.
