Abu Izzadeen (Arabic: ابو عز الدين, Abū ‘Izz ad-Dīn, né Trevor Richard Brooks, (born 18 April 1975), is a British spokesman for Al Ghurabaa, a British Muslim organisation banned under the Terrorism Act 2006 for the glorification of terrorism. He was convicted on charges of terrorist fund-raising and inciting terrorism overseas on 17 April 2008, and sentenced to four and a half years in jail.
On 22 March 2017, a terrorist attack occurred in England, on Westminster Bridge, in Parliament Square and within the grounds of the Palace of Westminster, in central London. A Hyundai vehicle was driven into a crowd of people near the palace gates, and a police officer was stabbed. The person who stabbed the police officer was then shot by other officers.
