The 2017 World Snooker Championship (also referred to as the 2017 Betfred World Snooker Championship for the purposes of sponsorship) is a professional snooker tournament taking place from 15 April to 1 May 2017 at the Crucible Theatre in Sheffield, England. It is the 19th and final ranking event of the 2016/2017 season. The tournament is broadcast in Europe by the BBC and Eurosport.
