The film is a sequel to the 2018 film K.G.F: Chapter 1 and stars Yash, Sanjay Dutt, Srinidhi Shetty, Raveena Tandon, and Prakash Raj. Initially scheduled for theatrical release on 23 October 2020, the film was postponed due to COVID-19 pandemic.
