India is competing at the 2022 Asian Games in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China, which began on 23 September 2023 and ends on 8 October 2023. Earlier the event was scheduled to held in September 2022 but due to COVID-19 pandemic cases rising in China the event was postponed and rescheduled to September–October 2023.
