나로호(羅老號, Naro, KSLV-I; Korea Space Launch Vehicle-I)는 100Kg급의 인공위성을 지구 저궤도에 진입시킨 대한민국 최초의 우주발사체이다. 나로호(KSLV-I)는 1단 액체엔진과 2단 고체 킥모터로 구성되는 2단형 발사체이며, 발사체 조립과 발사 운용은 한국항공우주연구원과 러시아 흐루니체프가 공동으로 수행하였다. 대전광역시 유성구 과학로에 위치한 한국항공우주연구원(KARI)은 우주개발중장기기본계획에 의거하여 2002년 이후 로켓 발사를 계획하였고, 2013년 1월 30일 3차 시도만에 고흥군 나로우주센터에서 나로과학위성(STSAT-2C)을 나로호(KSLV-I)에 실어 지구 저궤도(근지점 고도300km, 원지점 고도 1,500 km)에 쏘아올리는 데 성공하였다.
